General Steps on Purchasing a property
STEP 1 Project Presentation
Metro Manila Property Sales Team presents to Buyer, the project features, inventory, financing options and other relevant information about the project
STEP 2 Property Visit
Visit the site together with Metro Manila Properties Sales Team for a better appreciation of the property, amenities, as well as its location, road networks, routes, landmarks and nearby commercial areas.
STEP 3 Unit Reservation
Reserving the Property is necessary to secure the chosen property Jace Property Shop Sales Team will assist you along the way just be ready to bring necessary documents and reservation money and fill up necessary forms. The purchase is formalized at the Office.
STEP 4 Marketing and Administrative Briefing
After submission of the Reservation Agreement and Quotation Sheet, a final briefing will be conducted by Marketing Team/ Administrative Team before the actual purchase is formalized. Buyers briefing is important specially to firs time home buyers
STEP 5 Submission of Requirements
After the briefing and acceptance of duly filled in forms, Client is given 30 days to submit necessary requirements for the purchase. The property is held under the Buyer’s name.
STEP 6 Move-in / Turn over of Property
The property is delivered on a date specified in the Reservations Agreement. Once constructed, the Homeowner and Developer conduct a joint inspection of the property to confirm that all commitments are delivered.
